Job Title: QuickBooks Accountant
Location: All Offices
Employment Type: Full-Time. Must be available for meetings in the U.S. Eastern Time zone during morning hours, before 12:00 p.m. ET.
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive QuickBooks Accountant to support internal accounting and finance operations at CKH Group. This role ensures accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with internal policies — contributing to the efficiency and financial visibility of our organization.
The ideal candidate has strong bookkeeping experience, excellent reconciliation skills, proficiency in QuickBooks, and the ability to manage multiple recurring accounting processes with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate internal financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process daily and monthly accounting transactions for internal entities
- Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations
- Daily bank review, daily proposals to treasury to move cash around.
- Prepare internal financial reports and summaries for management review
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and variance reporting
- Ensure documentation integrity and adherence to compliance standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple departments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (certification is a plus). Knowledge on how to manage Classes and Locations and QBO is a must.
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and journal processing
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas beneficial)
- Excellent English communication and professional collaboration skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global team environment
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working within a multi-entity or international organization
- Familiarity with payroll processing and statutory filings
- Experience with accounting software
