JOB DESCRIPTION
- Administer M&E subcontracts from award to completion, including compliance with subcontract conditions aligned to the main contract
- Assess and certify subcontractor progress claims and invoices, ensuring accurate measurement, valuation, and supporting records
- Manage variations, VO pricing, dayworks, and change control with proper substantiation and contemporaneous records
- Maintain and update registers for subcontract instructions, variations, claims, drawings and submissions status, and material delivery
- Track subcontractor submissions, approvals, and delivery status to support valuation, change control, and risk management
- Maintain proper correspondence and documentation to preserve entitlement and support downstream recovery where applicable
- Coordinate with site teams, consortium partners, and the S.O. on measurement, valuation inputs, and commercial close out
- Support cost reporting, cashflow tracking, and forecast for assigned M&E packages through to final account
- Any other duties as assigned by management
- Diploma, Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, EIAC preference) or equivalent
- Preferably 10 years of relevant experience in construction industry, contract management, progress payment submissions and project claims
- Proactive, multi-tasking, self-motivated and team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Familiar with tendering, project cost control and strong ability in problem solving and organizing skills are desirable
- Able communicate across all levels
- Willing to work in Tuas.
- This is a contract role.
