In this role you will enhance and develop quantitative pricing and trading algorithms, contribute to measurable PnL impact, and optimize and create new strategies. The ideal candidate brings robust market awareness, a quantitative attitude, and a team-first approach to thrive in our fast-paced trading environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute meaningfully to quantitative models, research, and tooling used daily on the Trading floor.
- Design, develop, and manage profitable quantitative trading strategies.
- Understand and drive measurable impact on PnL.
- Collaborate efficiently with traders and developers to deliver reliable software and research outcomes.
- Provide coaching and feedback for junior researchers and traders, supporting their professional growth.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-impact culture focused on research, reliable systems, and share ownership of outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in a quantitative role (trading, researcher) at a prop trading firm.
- Deep understanding of options theory and pricing.
- Proficiency in programming (Python, C++, or others).
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and desire to continuously improve.
- Results driven and ability to prioritize.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
