Responsibilities
- Designing AI systems to automate and scale fundamental equity research workflows
- Analyzing fundamental data to generate earnings predictions, price targets, and other alpha inputs
- Working with team members to ensure fundamental insights are appropriately incorporated into data-driven strategies
- Researching specific industry sectors to maintain deep coverage of equity names
- Optimizing AI workflows to improve the efficiency and depth of fundamental analysis
- Contributing to the ongoing development of fundamentally driven strategies through iterative testing and feedback
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a fundamental equity analyst on the buy side or sell side
- Strong understanding of fundamental equity analysis methodologies and financial modeling
- Experience leveraging AI or automated tools to enhance research productivity
- Ability to translate complex fundamental insights into output consumable by systematic trading strategies
- Brilliant problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technology
