As an Associate in the International Private Bank Employee Experience (EX) team , you will be responsible for survey platforms, visualization, and experience analytics, with strong emphasis on Qualtrics and Tableau. You will own the optimization of survey programs, dashboards, and insights across the Employee Experience team. You will also leverage Python, SQL, and automation to enhance data pipelines, scale reporting, and streamline process.

Skills Required
- Over 7 years of professional experience
- Strong experience with Qualtrics, including survey design, distribution, and reporting
- Strong Tableau expertise, including data modeling, parameters, governance, dashboards, and metrics
- At least 4 years of Python experience for data pipelines and automation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Exposure to Agile and CI/CD
- Strong analytics and stakeholder communication skills
- Influence, ownership, and attention to detail
- Experience in wealth management or financial services
- Experience with Databricks
- Statistical analysis, such as regression or driver analysis
- Exposure to AI/ML or text analytics, including NLP or LLM use cases
