What Will You Do?
- Conduct production floor audits and provide feedback on non-conformances
- Assist with RMA dispositions with the assistance of Quality Supervisor
- Lead daily cross-functional Material Review Board meetings
- Support inspection for Production and Quality as needed
- All other projects and duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education: Associates degree or higher in business administration. BS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Production Engineering preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience within light to heavy manufacturing environments such as the automotive industry.
- Data Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: A deep commitment to enhancing both quality and cost performance in a production setting.
- Leadership & Organizational Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a focus on team development and cross-functional collaboration.
