How you will make contributions that matter
Join Saputo Dairy Australia as a Quality Systems Supervisor, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing our quality systems and ensuring the clearance of manufactured goods in line with SDA’s quality processes.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading internal and GMP audits, and overseeing external audits to maintain quality standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Investigating non-conformance areas and providing recommended outcomes and corrective actions from customer, accreditation, and regulatory audits (both internal and external).
- Maintaining the HACCP plan, Quality SOPs, test instructions, sampling instructions, CCPs, and QCPs.
- Providing technical expertise to promote continuous improvements within the Quality team and the broader business.
- Maintaining high-level communication and working relationships with other departments and key stakeholders.
About you
- Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or an equivalent field.
- Experience in food quality and safety, auditing, or a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of food laws and regulations, including audit-level experience with HACCP and other Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
- Leadership experience with the ability to engage and motivate your team.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
