As a Quality Systems Leader, you will coordinate and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with international automotive standards (IATF-16949). This will guide through continuous improvement, efficient management of documentation and audits, implementation of corrective actions. These actions will ensure product and process conformity, contributing to strengthening our competitive position with our customers.
You will repor to Quality Systems Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the document control system, including the development, initial release, and revision of all QMS documents and SOPs.
Create, schedule, and conduct internal audits to ensure the QMS complies with IATF-16949 and other relevant standards.
Manage the tracking of internal and external corrective actions, assisting teams in their investigation and closure.
Be an important liaison and provide support during customer and third-party certification audits.
Review deviation report trends to identify areas for systemic improvement.
Assist the Quality Systems Manager in accomplishing quality projects.
Ensure successful integration of all quality systems with the QMS.
Analyze quality data to identify trends and suggest process improvements to increase compliance and efficiency.
Review and monitor the implementation of specific customer requirements to ensure they are integrated into the QMS.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
+ 3 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment; automotive industry experience.
IATF-16949 Lead Auditor certification.
Solid knowledge of quality management systems (IATF-16949, ISO 9001), document control, and automotive "Core Tools" (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC).
Experience with QMS (Quality Management Systems) software.
Fluent English
