Job Description Overview
  • Skilled professional with strong expertise in own discipline and working knowledge of related fields
  • Performs specialized and moderately complex tasks with moderate supervision
  • May lead or support team members in executing processes and achieving performance goals
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute moderately complex assignments requiring specialized knowledge and judgment
  • Support and drive the delivery of operational, project, and service-related activities
  • Analyze problems, including those with ambiguous elements, and recommend practical solutions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and operational efficiency
  • Consider both immediate outcomes and longer-term implications in decision-making
Knowledge & Expertise
  • Solid conceptual and applied knowledge within core discipline, with growing understanding of related areas
  • Strong awareness of key business drivers developed through practical experience
  • Experience working with systems such as SAP (e.g., P80 or similar enterprise platforms)
  • Background in reliability practices, ensuring consistent and efficient operations
  • Familiarity with instrumentation calibration processes and standards

  • May supervise team members or serve as a subject matter resource for less experienced colleagues
  • Demonstrated experience providing guidance, coaching, or informal leadership
  • Supports team performance by reinforcing best practices and accountability
  • Effective collaborator with the ability to influence outcomes across functions

  • Applies sound judgment, experience, and precedent to solve complex problems

Preferred Qualifications / Experience
  • Experience supporting capital execution or project implementation initiatives
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, either formally or informally
  • Practical experience in reliability-focused roles or maintenance environments
  • Hands-on experience with instrumentation calibration and related technical processes
  • Associate degree in Analytics, Chemistry, or a related technical field preferred
