Qualifications

Required Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

· Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Required Experience:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within the manufacturing industry.

· Proven experience with quality management systems and methodologies such as ISO 9001 or similar standards.

· Experience in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions in a manufacturing environment.

Required Skills and Abilities:

· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance techniques.

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.

· Proficient in the use of quality management software and tools.

· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.

 

Skills Required
