As a Quality Specialist – QA Engineering, you will develop and maintain systems, rules, and processes that ensure fulfilment of internal and external requirements. You will support Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) tendering and project execution activities, ensuring projects and products meet specified quality standards while maximizing customer satisfaction and project success.
 

As a Quality Specialist – QA Engineering, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing tendering and project execution phases.
  • Verifying contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled while supporting customer satisfaction and project profitability.
  • Establishing and executing Project Quality Plans, and Inspections and tests plans including witness/hold points and quality records for contract compliance.
  • Ensuring customer quality requirements and Feedback of Experience (FOE) / Lessons Learned are incorporated into tender proposals and project execution processes to avoid deviations and drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis of key customer issues and provide customer feedback on resolutions and corrective actions implemented.
  • Control main projects KPIs and OKRs reporting to the business leaders and customers
  • Perform NCR management and execute quality programs to reduce impact on the customer projects.
  • Implement and maintain customer engagement programs that ensure process consistency throughout all project phases and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Advising functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures within the quality discipline.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and business stakeholders regarding quality approaches, project coordination, and service delivery.
  • Contributing as a project team member or leading small projects as required.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
    (or a High School Diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality).
  • Bring a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in QA Engineering, Project Management , Project engineering.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
  • Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate effective problem‑identification and problem‑solving skills.
  • Bring proven analytical and organizational abilities.
