We're looking for detail-oriented Mathematics Quality Reviewers to ensure our Years 7-12 mathematics lessons meet the highest standards before they reach students. Working as part of our Content Delivery team, you'll review curriculum-aligned lessons, validate mathematical accuracy, test interactive learning experiences and provide clear, actionable feedback to help deliver engaging, high-quality educational content.

This is a 3 month fixed-term contract with the potential to extend. We are hiring 3 positions and welcome applications from candidates seeking either full-time or part-time work.

What you will do

  • Review and peer-check mathematics lessons against Education Perfect's quality and instructional design standards
  • Verify mathematical accuracy, curriculum alignment and overall lesson quality across Years 7–12 content
  • Test lessons from a student's perspective, ensuring all questions, interactive activities, dynamic variables and AI-generated feedback function correctly
  • Build and quality check standard Desmos interactive elements, including graphs, lines and shapes
  • Verify that graphics, diagrams and other visual assets are correctly embedded and displayed on the platform
  • Identify issues, inconsistencies or improvement opportunities and provide clear, constructive feedback through Jira, Loom and other quality tools
  • Maintain accurate quality logs, review records and project documentation
  • Collaborate with writers, instructional designers, project leads and subject matter experts to continuously improve lesson quality

About you

  • Strong subject matter expertise in secondary school Mathematics (Years 7–12)
  • Experience teaching, reviewing, editing, writing or developing mathematics curriculum or educational content
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement
  • A strong understanding of curriculum aligned learning and quality assurance processes
  • Confidence using digital platforms and learning new systems and tools quickly
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, specific and actionable feedback
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a remote project team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to consistently meet project deadlines
  • A continuous improvement mindset and genuine passion for creating exceptional educational experiences for students

Skills Required

  • Strong subject matter expertise in secondary school Mathematics (Years 7-12)
  • Experience teaching, reviewing, editing, writing or developing mathematics curriculum or educational content
  • Experience building and quality checking Desmos interactive elements (graphs, lines, shapes)
  • Ability to verify mathematical accuracy, curriculum alignment and lesson quality
  • Experience testing interactive learning experiences, dynamic variables and AI-generated feedback
  • Familiarity with Jira and Loom or similar issue-tracking and feedback tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify errors and inconsistencies
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to provide clear, actionable feedback
