Job Description

We are looking for a Quality project manger who will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects. In this role, you’ll drive quality excellence across the entire project lifecycle analyzing data, preventing defects, guiding teams, and supporting continuous improvement.

Your role:

  •  Review project data and metrics to spot quality issues, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Initiates, plans, and executes projects, implements comprehensive quality control plans and procedures, ensuring they align with project objectives, and Philips' QMS standards
  • Monitor project progress, detect deviations, and drive corrective actions to ensure on‑time delivery.
  • Assess compliance, risks, and impact on project deliverables.
  • Support teams with quality tools (e.g., FMEA) and translate them into actionable steps.
  • Prepare clear quality reports and updates for stakeholders, highlighting risks and mitigation.
  • Maintain accurate, accessible quality documentation for effective knowledge sharing.
  • Identify root causes, propose solutions, and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Learn and apply new methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance project quality.
  • Support RCA and long‑term corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
     

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Management, Project Management, or a related fieldד.
  • 8+ years leading in global cross-functional complex projects working in MedTech/ quality regulated environments
  • Experience managing budgets 
  • Expertise in risk management and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience driving organizational change and continuous improvement
  • Experience working in AI creating agents and analyzing data
  • Strong reporting and executive communication skills
  • High analytic capabilities including performance of data analysis
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing
  • PMP certification – advantage

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base monthly salary range for this grade roles is[15,876]– [ 26,460] ILS . We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.

This role is eligible for a bonus, with your rewards linked to KPIs & company results. We'll share the full approach and additional benefits with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
