Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative to support MH-139 maintenance efforts at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama. The individual will work closely with the MH-139 Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of Quality products and services.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance.
- Performs inspections on aircraft for maintenance activities on the MH-139 platform
- Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures
- Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems
- Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements
- Documents audit results in standard formats
- Works under general supervision
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in aircraft modifications
- 3+ years rotary wing experience
- 3+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience (CDI, CDQAR, QAR)
- Willing to work variable shifts (shift 1, 2, or 3)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Technical data experience
- DCMA INST 8210.1C experience
- AS9100 Revision D experience
- Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

Summary Pay Range: $89,250-$120,750/Annually
