Role Overview
We are seeking a Quality Process Analyst with 0–2 years of experience or strong academic exposure to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and quality processes. The role involves supporting the Quality team in ensuring project adherence to organizational process standards by maintaining project documentation, tracking quality metrics, assisting with process compliance audits, coordinating with project teams, and managing quality-related records and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Quality team in tracking project adherence to Tarento's process standards
- Assist project teams in setting up basic project tracking mechanisms and metrics
- Learn and support process compliance audits under guidance from senior Quality team members
- Help maintain documentation, checklists, and process asset repositories
- Coordinate with project teams to collect data needed for quality reviews and reports
Major Accountability
- Assist in setting up project processes like planning trackers and basic metrics dashboards
- Support process compliance audits and work product inspections (as a co-auditor, under mentorship)
- Help coordinate and document SEPG (Software Engineering Process Group) activities
- Participate in project initiation and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Maintain records for training completions, audit findings, and closure trackers
- Escalate any gaps or risks observed to the Quality lead / manager / director
- Comply with all information security policies and processes
Essential Skills and Experience
- 0-2 years of experience; freshers with a strong academic record are welcome to apply
- BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Basic understanding of SDLC models like Scrum and Waterfall (academic or internship exposure is fine)
- Awareness of quality standards like ISO 9001 or CMMI is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in process and quality as a career path
- Good communication skills, since this role means talking to project teams regularly
- Comfortable with MS Excel and documentation tools; willingness to learn audit and metrics tools on the job
What Success Looks Like in 6 Months
- Can independently run a basic compliance checklist audit with minimal supervision
- Understands Tarento's process framework well enough to explain it to a new project team
- Has contributed to at least one process improvement idea or SEPG activity
Skills Required

- BE, BTech, MCA, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
