Group Summary:

Job Responsibilities:• Plans, organizes, and manages the quality department; • Collaborates with directors of other departments; • Implements the quality policy of processes and products, as well as ensures positive customer audit evaluations; • Organizes and directs activities related to product inspection; • Manages activities in the metrology system; • Manages incoming inspection activities; • Leads meetings related to projects he/she initiates; • Responsible for the development, updating, and management of the SAB testing system; • Organizes the recording of maintenance and quality improvement costs of services; • Performs operational control over the process in terms of quality and EMS requirements; • Monitors and evaluates the work of each employee regarding quality and reports to the factory director, and if necessary, to other directors; • Constantly implements plans for improving the quality of work of each employee; • Performs all activities in accordance with ISO/TS and IATF quality standards and provides guidance to colleagues on the implementation of standards; • Maintains and continuously improves the quality system based on company goals; • Reports on the performance of the quality system to the Magna Seating doo Odžaci management team; • Maintains and improves customer satisfaction; • Resolves customer complaints promptly; • Evaluates quality results based on information from production, control results, and customer complaints; • Systematically collects information about quality, including consumer complaints; • Reviews customer requirements related to product quality; • Performs tasks related to assessing and eliminating the causes of complaints; • Prepares for customer audits, reports to customers on the performance of the quality system, and monitors corrective actions until closure; • Manages and organizes systematic preventive activities for quality control; • Prepares for customer audits, reports to customers on the performance of the quality system, and monitors corrective actions until closure; • Responsible for conducting internal audits of process and product systems according to the established schedule; • Monitors the achievement of quality department goals and makes decisions on implementing corrective actions; • Defines tasks for quality engineers and regularly monitors their work, providing guidance for organizing their work; • Performs continuous control of the work of all organizational parts of the quality department and daily monitors and records the work performance of each employee in the department; • In case of non-conforming raw materials and products, decides on the handling of the same; • Controls and monitors the occurrence of scrap and rework at all levels and proposes and organizes the implementation of corrective actions; • Responsible for document management, procedure creation, and maintaining records, informing the factory director; • Responsible for training quality engineers, shift leaders, and other employees within the quality department's scope; • Provides written proposals to the HR director regarding the required number of missing workers; • Timely submits the annual leave plan for the current year to the HR director for all employees in the department, ensuring continuity of work and operations at all positions; • Obliged to educate, professionally train, and improve work skills during work; • Regularly follows all information posted on the notice board or through any other electronic communication means, implementing the same, related to the department's operations and work; • Obliged to provide written statements upon request from the factory director or HR director, related to legal proceedings or damage assessment within the department's scope; • Obliged to be familiar with the operation and functioning of the business support information system; • Performs all other activities as instructed by the direct superior or factory director; • Responsible for his/her work procedure; • Submits regular reports on work results; • Obliged to implement occupational safety and health measures; • Obliged to keep the workplace tidy; • Obliged to keep all business information strictly confidential.
