This role leads the plant quality team across all shifts, owns inspection and lab release, and drives corrective action with Operations so problems are fixed at the source, not just caught at the end.

  • Partner with Extrusion, Die Shop, Finishing (paint/anodize), Thermal Barrier and Fabrication supervisors on process control and first-article approvals.
  • Oversee the plant lab and gauge calibration so mechanical, dimensional and coating test results are accurate and traceable.
  • Act as the plant quality contact for customers and Sales on technical questions, specifications and visits.
  • Build quality awareness on the floor through training, visual standards and boundary samples.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing plant, with 2+ years supervising people.
