We are currently seeking a Quality Manager Representative to support Command Centers, Communication Networks, and Data Facilities in Rockledge, FL. This position is contingent on contract award, with an expected start date in May 2026. This is a full-time position requiring an active DoD Secret clearance.
This position may be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Act (SCLS)/Service Contract Act (SCA).
What You’ll Do
As a Quality Control Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with quality management standards, driving continuous process improvement, and maintaining the integrity of organizational quality systems that serve U.S. government missions. You will:
Manages QMS and ensures ISO compliance for T/O.
Monitors T/O conformance and quality trends, supports PMO in quality activities.
Audits processes, makes recommendations for continuous improvement, and ensures accuracy/timeliness of quality and process documentation.
Owns and executes the T/O QMP.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
Six years of experience in Quality Assurance and oversight
- Certifications:
- Must have a current and active DoD Secret security clearance.
- Six Sigma certification at the White, Yellow, Green, Black, or Master Black Belt level is valued, with a preference for candidates holding a Yellow Belt certification.
- Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies
Travel & Passport
Some overnight stays possible.
Must have an active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements.
Work Environment
Compliance with vaccination and medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles as per Vaccine Recommendations by AOR | Health.mil.
This position requires working in a stressful environment, dealing with conflict, working under pressure and with strict deadlines, focus and attention to detail
Office setting:
Primarily an office-based role in Rockledge, FL
Standard desk/computer work with flexibility for walking and movement on site.
Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.
Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.
May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
Background & Security
