- Develop and implement the Quality policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with local requirements and international quality standards.
- Montior Service and operational quality and key performance indicators.
- Lead internal quality reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare quality reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Promote a strong quality culture across the organization.
- Monitor customer and employee satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of ISO standards and quality management systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related filed.
- 5-10 years of experience in quality management.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Internal audits, and quality management systems.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma and Kaizen.
