Help Drive Quality, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Management Systems Coordinator to support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) and electronic QMS (eQMS).


In this role, you will coordinate quality system activities, support compliance initiatives, maintain critical documentation and records, track corrective actions, assist with audits, and help drive process consistency across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our management systems remain effective, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate administration and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and electronic QMS (eQMS).
  • Manage document control processes, including procedures, forms, records, revisions, approvals, and archiving.
  • Support compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and company procedures.
  • Track and coordinate corrective actions, nonconformances, investigations, and risk management activities.
  • Maintain quality system records and prepare reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and workflow optimization efforts.
  • Assist with management reviews, including data collection, presentation preparation, and action item tracking.
  • Support internal, external, customer, certification, and regulatory audits.
  • Prepare and maintain audit documentation, findings, corrective actions, and compliance records.
  • Coordinate quality-related customer and supplier documentation, requests, and performance records.
  • Administer QMS training records, training assignments, and quality awareness programs.
  • Support eQMS enhancements, reporting, data integrity, and quality system digitalization initiatives.
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Quality Systems, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Manufacturing Quality, or a related discipline.
  • Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001 requirements, and document control practices.
  • Experience supporting audits, corrective actions, nonconformance management, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Familiarity with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across functions.
  • Knowledge of quality metrics, KPI reporting, root cause analysis, and risk-based thinking preferred.
  • ASQ certification, ISO Internal Auditor training, or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Decision Making: Can assess the scope, urgency and level of risk associated with a situation. Includes the ability to take measures in a timely manner to solve problems involving various levels of complexity & ambiguity.  Chooses the best solution based on analysis, experience and judgement.
