Your future tasks and responsibilities
- Manage and further develop the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) to promote streamlined and efficient processes.
- Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to support ongoing quality improvements across the organization.
- Define, monitor, and drive achievement of quality objectives in alignment with business goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards by closely collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across all functional areas.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ASPICE, and TISAX.
- Act as the company’s Product Safety & Conformity Representative, ensuring compliance with legal and customer-specific requirements regarding product safety
- Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal and external audits, including corrective and preventive action management.
- Analyze and report on quality performance data to identify trends and drive improvement actions.
- Train and support employees on quality management systems, audit readiness, and applicable standards.
What you bring with you
- A degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Several years of professional experience in quality management systems, ideally in the automotive industry or a similarly regulated environment.
- Proven experience in planning, conducting, and following up on internal audits according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Certification or formal training as an internal auditor for ISO standards (e.g., ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor or equivalent) is a strong plus.
- Hands-on involvement in maintaining and continuously improving integrated management systems (IMS).
- Working knowledge of ASPICE and practical experience supporting process improvement toward achieving certain ASPICE Levels
- Qualification or practical experience as a Product Safety & Conformity Representative, including understanding of legal, regulatory, and customer-specific safety requirements.
- Strong process orientation, with experience in process documentation, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and act as a key contact for quality system topics, including audits, assessments, and corrective actions.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English (minimum C1 level); German is a plus.
- Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., VDA 6.3 process audits, risk management, root cause analysis, etc.).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI, with a structured, fact-based mindset.
