About the Role
Systematic inspection of the products to identify and detect deviations of product against customer agreed sample(s) and to ensure customer cosmetic requirements are known and understood by the quality team. Follow up on corrective and preventive actions implemented to achieve required production quality and offer guidance and assistance to the quality inspection team in relation to the same.
Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspection of parts for deviations from customer standards.
  • Authorise production run release by the approval of first-off points online press process following submission of a first off panel.
  • Review last-off parts at the end of production to determine quality status.
  • Complete monthly cosmetic review scorecard for all class A parts.
  • Approve parts for shipment.
  • Use dynamic check sheet for parts where required.


Who we are looking for

  • Apply MAFACT quality requirements regarding product.
  • Inform relevant persons of cosmetic deviations from customer requirements.
  • Follow up on customer cosmetic complaints.
  • Attendance and reporting at daily and weekly production meetings when required.
  • Provide guidance and support to process operatives on cosmetic issues.


Your preferred qualifications

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as on own initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as ability to learn new software an advantage.
