Pay rate: $33.620$35.09/hour

The Quality and Improvement Data Specialist is responsible for:
- Facilitating timely collection of identified data
- Reviewing data to ensure accuracy, completeness and adherence to standards
- Implementing procedures for consistent and efficient collection
- Coordinating and overseeing data collection efforts related to program participants
- Facilitating informational sessions for staff to ensure efficient and timely collection of data
- Assessing and evaluating applicability of collected data and work with leadership to develop CQI initiatives.
- Analyzing data and identifying trends
- Working with the Quality Improvement and Compliance Director to develop Benchmark Report for CQI process
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience with data collection/coordination and data analysis
- Bachelors Degree in business, computers or related certificates required
- Must be proficient in MS Access, Excel and Word
Skills Required
