Job Description
Our Consumer Panel Data Quality Analyst will be part of a team focused on data analysis and methodological guidance for Consumer Panel projects. The job objective is to support local teams in the implementation of the Consumer Panel methodological framework to ensure the quality of a panel, reporting to the CP Quality Director.
You will:

Offer analytical and methodological support for panel data collection and processing, looking for patterns in the data and answers to questions posed by internal stakeholders;

Provide both guidance and hands-on support where required aiming at delivering compliant and proper data to clients;

Identify areas for panel improvement and take action to increase the quality of the data provided;

Contribute to the introduction of new Consumer Panel standards;

Execute other tasks related to the methodology and quality of the panel.
You have:
-
Master’s degree (quantitative methods, statistics, sociology or a related field);
-
Knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, R);
-
Ability to analyze large amounts of customer data and draw appropriate conclusions;
-
Ability to clearly express the conclusions based on data gathered and to present them in a concise form to stakeholders (operational and commercial teams);

Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail;
-
Fluency in English and Polish;
-
Responsibility and intercultural communication skills (working in an international environment);

Preferably 3+ years of experience in marketing research or consumer data analysis.
