Team Management:
- Manage the QA team to ensure the execution of plans efficiently.
- Develop and train the QA team to possess the required knowledge and skills according to industry standards and the latest technologies used in the factory.
Quality Planning and Strategy:
- Define the quality strategy and policies for the factory in alignment with production standards and technical requirements for the semiconductor industry.
- Plan and oversee quality control across all stages of the manufacturing process, from design to testing, production, and shipping.
Quality Control and Assurance:
- Establish methods for inspecting product quality during production and at the final stages.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, such as ISO, IATF, or other relevant industry standards.
- Analyse quality inspection data and report on improvements for both product and process.
Problem Solving and Corrective Actions:
- Monitor and resolve quality issues in the production process.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA) to address and prevent recurrence of quality problems.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and development teams to track and improve manufacturing processes for optimal product quality.
- Work with suppliers or vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.
- Support company-wide programs such as 5S, Safety, Environmental initiatives and others.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Generate monthly reports regarding the performance of the QA department and product quality.
- Analyse inspection data and create reports for management review.
- Support company-wide programs such as 5S, Safety, Environmental initiatives and others.
- Other task as assigned.
