Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. Throughout the day, the lead monitors testing activities, manages the execution of tests, and ensures timely resolution of defects, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the team and across stakeholders to achieve project goals efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes and methodologies.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency in quality metrics and progress.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret quality metrics to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality assurance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
