Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate testing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy. - Strong understanding of various performance testing tools and frameworks. - Experience in developing and executing performance test plans. - Ability to analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights. - Familiarity with load testing, stress testing, and scalability testing methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
