Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the intricacies of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality applications. You will focus on developing comprehensive testing strategies that encompass the entire application lifecycle, ensuring that quality is embedded in every phase of development. By leveraging your business and functional knowledge, you will implement effective quality processes and methodologies, driving continuous improvement and excellence in testing practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and mentorship for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
