Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your role will involve fostering an environment that accelerates delivery while ensuring high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to craft comprehensive testing strategies, utilizing established quality processes and methodologies to enhance the overall testing framework. Each day will be filled with collaboration, strategic planning, and the implementation of key metrics to effectively manage and evaluate the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate training and mentorship for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
