Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will Execute detailed test cases and validations for CRM migration, ensuring functional integrity and compliance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Prepare and execute test cases for functional and integration scenarios. - Validate data migration, workflows, and business processes in Vault CRM. - Log and track defects; perform retesting and regression cycles. - Support UAT dry runs and formal execution with business testers. - Maintain validation documentation and ensure sign-offs in compliance tools (e.g., Valgenesis). Professional & Technical Skills: - Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM or Vault CRM testing. - Knowledge of Life Sciences compliance and validation processes. - Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems. - Ability to work in agile delivery environments and adapt to sprint-based execution Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Veeva CRM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
