Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive testing frameworks that span the entire software development lifecycle. This role focuses on creating innovative testing solutions and architectures that enhance product quality and reliability. The position requires providing strategic guidance and technical leadership to ensure that quality engineering practices align with organizational goals and industry advancements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to integrate new testing methodologies and tools is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering continuous improvement and innovation within the quality engineering domain.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases accurately and can follow test steps.
- Perform functional (ST/SIT) and regression testing.
- Raise defects with clear steps to replicate and evidence.
- Can understand User Stories or BRD.
- Domain Knowledge - Has experience working in any Banking domain so tester will understand quickly what to test and can raise correct defects.
- Attention to detail and proper time management to meet test cycles.
- Experience in Test management/defect tools (i.e Jira).
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in testing strategies and processes.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Strong knowledge of designing and implementing test architectures for complex software systems.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable test frameworks.
- Ability to analyze and optimize testing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Familiarity with various testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
