Job Responsibilities:
Job Description:
- Ensure the establishment and sustainability of the company's quality management system in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and customer specific requirements,
- Participate in internal audit plans, perform audits and follow up corrective actions for nonconformities,
- Mainstreaming the process-oriented quality management approach in all units,
- Ensuring that process quality controls are carried out on the production line and recording the control results,
- Identify critical quality points and create control plans accordingly,
- Quickly identify deviations that may occur in production and develop solutions with the relevant units,
- Carrying out incoming material controls, informing the supplier in case of nonconformities and initiating the 8D process,
- Review customer quality documentation (CSRs) and ensure alignment with internal systems,
- Timely response to customer complaints and effective root cause analysis (8D, 5N1K, Ishikawa),
- To follow cost-oriented KPIs
- Entering the necessary records into customer portals and managing follow-up processes,

- Participate in the APQP process with the project team and follow up on quality activities,
- To prepare PPAP documents such as Process FMEA, Control Plan, Flow Diagram, MSA, SPC,
- Present PPAP file for client approval and evaluate feedback,
- Regularly analyze production and quality data (such as PPM, FPY, RFT, COPQ) and identify opportunities for improvement,
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual quality reports and present them to the management,
- Monitoring quality KPIs, acting in case of deviations from targets,
- Developing continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects for production defects,
- Analyzing root causes of quality issues with teams and producing sustainable solutions,
- Preparation of 8D reports and sharing with the customer/customer representative,
- To train production personnel on quality standards, customer special requests and control techniques,
- Conducting orientation processes for new quality personnel,
- Organize awareness activities to create continuous quality awareness (e.g. Quality Week activities),
- Recording of nonconformities caused by internal/external audits, customer feedback or production,
- Creation of corrective and preventive action plans, follow-up of implementation and effectiveness assessment,
- Systematically analyze nonconformity records and develop system recommendations to prevent recurrence,
- Taking an active role in customer, supplier, certification bodies and internal audits,
- Managing pre-audit preparations, communication during the audit and post-audit follow-up processes,
- Ensure closure of audit findings and lead systematic improvements.
- Maintain document control for Magna Quality Management System
- Plan and perform internal audits in accordance with the audit program, complete the audit report within the agreed timeframes, discuss with the relevant persons responsible for the resulting actions, agree on the completion date, follow up on actions to ensure closure,
- Supporting quality related development - Risk assessment activities: Using DFMEA / PFMEA and other QA risk analysis techniques to minimize potential risk during development / implementation activity,
- Support the post-market surveillance of the product from a technical quality perspective,
- Reviewing the analysis of field research reports,
- Work with all product development cycle stakeholders to develop effective Product Reliability and Validation Strategies. Ensure that stability performance key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved in the transition to production and maintenance of supply (in terms of scrap rates, rework rates, etc.),
- Produce and maintain appropriate and comprehensive quality process specifications required during the development and implementation of new products
- Working with relevant business stakeholders, develop and maintain systems to identify, correct and prevent defects to demonstrate that product is consistently ready for market and production,
- Be responsible for managing and/or following up on customer issues and follow up on actions closed or not closed with the customer,
- To take part in Cost Reduction Activities together with the Quality Team. Supporting the COP and homologation audit and documentation officer,
- Being responsible for customer portal and complaint management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, or related fields),
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management within the automotive industry,
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) and customer-specific requirements,
- Experience in internal, supplier, customer and certification audits,
- Strong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa and root cause analysis,
- Experience in process quality control, incoming quality control and customer complaint management,
- Ability to analyze quality KPIs such as PPM, FPY, RFT and COPQ and drive improvement actions,
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies,
- Experience in preparing and presenting PPAP documentation to customers,
- Knowledge of corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes and risk assessment methodologies,
- Experience in customer portals and quality documentation management,
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills,
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams,
- Good command of MS Office applications and quality reporting tools,
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
- Preferably certified as an Internal Auditor for IATF 16949 / ISO 9001,
- Willingness to work in a dynamic production environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
