Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Management: Serve as the primary stakeholder and main point of contact for all escalated product quality issues, taking full accountability for their tracking and resolution.
  • Data Investigation & Analysis: Gather, study, and interpret performance and failure data to thoroughly investigate quality issues. Identify root causes and escalate complex problems to the appropriate technical stakeholders when necessary. Be proactive and establish preventive quality measures, including design guidelines, validation plans, and process controls, to minimize recurrence of known failure mechanisms.
  • Triage & Resolution: Prioritize and triage incoming quality issues based on criticality, frequency, and business impact to ensure targeted and productive resolutions. Provide actionable engineering or process solutions wherever possible.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the vital bridge between the R&D, Aftersales, and Manufacturing teams. Facilitate seamless communication and ensure alignment on the tracking, handling, and resolution of all Sealminer-related quality matters.
  • Best-practices and Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base of failure modes, lessons learned, and best practices to enable organizational learning and faster issue resolution.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain a high level of transparency by providing prompt, accurate, and regular updates to all relevant stakeholders regarding the status of quality investigations and corrective actions.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the team lead or management.

How you will stand out:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or similar technical role, preferably within hardware and electronics. Having semiconductor manufacturing experience would be a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to gather and analyze technical data to drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical findings into clear updates for cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You shouldn't just flag problems; you should be driven to find and implement practical solutions.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing investigations simultaneously and prioritize tasks under pressure.
