职位描述：
•处理内部生产线以及外部客户反馈的产品质量问题
•同公司工程和制造部门合作，推动过程质量改进
•确保质量体系和流程规范在公司中的执行
•准备和执行内外部以及客户审核
•跟踪质量问题以及内外部审核缺失相关的纠正预防措施执行状况
•准备质量报告以及数据分析
•维护质量电子系统/平台以及相关数据/记录的录入和存档岗位要求
职位要求
• 具备2年及以上半导体晶圆厂制程质量控制/工艺工程相关工作经验；熟悉晶圆制造流程及关键工序的质量控制要求
• 熟练掌握SPC、MSA、FMEA、8D、5Why、鱼骨图等质量工具并能实际应用
• 熟悉变更流程，新产品导入流程，质量事件、不良品处置流程等质量平台的要求
• 具备良好的问题解决、跨部门沟通协调、项目管理能力。
• 常用英语沟通交流，需要英语读写流畅
• 性格开朗，乐于沟通
• 有处理客户投诉经验以及IATF16949 内审员证书者优先

Skills Required
- 2 years experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication process
- Familiarity with wafer manufacturing process and quality control requirements
- Proficient in quality tools like SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, 5Why, Fishbone Diagram
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Fluent in reading and writing English
- Experience handling customer complaints and IATF16949 internal audit certification preferred
