Job Description

Candidate Responsibilities: Candidate will be developing product requirements and facilitating DFMEA (Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis) with design engineers.

Typical Day: 

• Typical working hours 8-5 with some flexibility Research, design, develop, manufacture, and test tools, engines, machines and other mechanical devices. 

• Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, and manuals to determine time and cost feasibility to complete projects. 

• Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products using tools, equipment or 

Qualifications

Technical Skills: 

• 5-7 years engineering experience Bachelor’s Degree 

• Creo/Pro-E experience 

• Nice to have: APQP QDF (Quality Function Deployment) DFMEA DVP&R

Soft Skills: 

People Skills Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines 

Excellent Communication Skills Ability to manage a project

Travel Requirement: 0-25%, mostly local, within IL

On-Site Interview Required: Preferred
