Responsibilities:
- Quality control of fabrication of semiconductor devices.
- Root cause analysis, corrective action, and preventive action for troubles occurred in fabrication of semiconductor devices. Activity should be done according to 8D procedure. Cooperation with related engineers is needed.
- Improvement activity of fabrication process
- Execution of on-going reliability monitor (ORT): test, data analysis, and failure analysis.
- Countermeasure for customer compliant. Viewpoint should be both from customer perspective and from LITE internal one.
Expected Background:
- More than 5-year experience on development of semiconductor devices, yield improvement for them, or quality improvement for them.
- Bachelor degree is needed. Master degree is preferable.
Expected Skill:
- Need to have skills about quality control: FMEA, 5-Why, SPC, reliability test (Aging test, Humidity test and etc.)
- Better to have skills: Fit calculation, Physical analysis like SEM, FIB and etc., ISO9001
- Fluent Japanese speaker and business level English skill including documentation, email communications, and discussion in meeting in English.
