Salary Range: $127,000 to $297,000 + Equity

What you'll do:
As a Quality Engineer at X, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our platform's high standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and executing test plans and test cases

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
-
Performing manual and automated testing to ensure quality and functionality
-
Creating detailed bug reports and collaborating with developers to resolve issues
-
Contributing to the development and maintenance of automated testing tools and frameworks
-
Monitoring and reporting on product quality metrics
-
Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of quality
Who you are
We're looking for exceptional quality engineers who are passionate about our mission and have a strong desire to maintain the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing

Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools, frameworks and techniques
-
Good coding skills in one of the following languages: Java or C#, Python, C++, Scala

Experience with test planning, test case development, and test execution

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
