Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes and systems for automotive products.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to resolve quality issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality processes, procedures, and standards.
- Train and support staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure that all products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
About the Role
As a Quality Engineer at Magna Cartech you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems and processes. Your expertise will help us to identify and address potential issues before they become problems, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible products.
Your preferred qualifications
- Secondary/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Proficient in quality management tools and techniques (e.g., FMEA, Six Sigma, SPC).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, quality management software).
- Fluency in both English and Czech is essential.
