About the Role
We are looking for a APQP Engineer at Magna Cartech in Czech Republic.
Your Responsibilities

  • Lead APQP Activities: Oversee and manage the APQP process for new product introductions, ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards.
  • Develop Quality Plans: Create and maintain comprehensive quality plans, including control plans, FMEAs (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), and process flow diagrams.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into all stages of product development and production.
  • Customer Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quality planning activities, ensuring their requirements and expectations are fully understood and met.
  • Problem Solving: Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities for any quality-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Documentation: Ensure all quality documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Training: Provide training and support to internal teams on APQP processes and tools.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.


Who we are looking for

  • Education: Technical high school/university
  • Experience: Min. 3 years in the automotive industry
  • Language skills: English/German fluent
  • PC knowledge: User experience


Your preferred qualifications

  • Authority to block products and processes within the plant
  • Reading technical drawings, specifications, knowledge of standards, general overview
  • Driving licence, sk. "B"
