Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the overall application lifecycle. You engage in continuous testing activities, ensuring that security, application programming interfaces, and regression processes are thoroughly evaluated. Your role includes developing automation strategies and scripts, managing data and environment configurations, and actively participating in code reviews. You also monitor and document defects, contributing to ongoing improvements that elevate the quality and reliability of software products within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of quality solutions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing best practices.
- Continuously evaluate testing processes and tools to identify opportunities for enhancement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate application functionality.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot defects, providing detailed reports to development teams.
- Familiarity with API testing and security testing methodologies.
- Skilled in managing test data and configuring test environments to support various testing scenarios.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
