Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Has 4–7 years of hands-on experience in data testing / ETL testing / QA for data platforms Demonstrates strong proficiency in SQL for data validation, reconciliation, and complex query testing Has experience testing ETL pipelines built using Databricks, Data Factory, SQL Server, or similar tools Can perform XREF cross-reference and source-to-target mapping validation effectively Understands data validation concepts such as deduplication, referential integrity, schema drift, completeness, and lineage Has hands-on experience with Databricks notebooks, clusters, Delta Lake tables, and SQL endpoints Can write Python or PySpark scripts for automated data validation or regression testing Familiar with test automation frameworks or integrating testing into CI/CD Comfortable using GitHub for version control, branching, pull requests, and test script management Has experience performing API testing REST/JSON/XML using tools like Postman or Python Understands API integration with data pipelines and can validate request/response structures Has strong experience in SIT System Integration Testing execution and defect management Has experience supporting UAT with business stakeholders and acceptance criteria Can create test plans, test cases, test data, and traceability matrices Has experience working in Financial Services or regulated industries Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with engineers, architects, and business users Shows strong attention to detail, a structured approach, and a quality-first mindset15 years full time education
