Summary:
As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, a typical day involves meticulously verifying that solutions meet the defined requirements and expected behaviors. This role includes designing detailed test cases, executing manual tests, and carefully documenting any discrepancies or defects found during testing. Collaboration with various delivery teams is essential to ensure that the final product is reliable and ready for users. The position demands a proactive approach to identifying issues early and contributing to the overall quality assurance process throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to build their testing capabilities and knowledge.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality standards and testing priorities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Retail Store Operations.
- Good To Have Skills: Functional Test Planning.
- Strong ability to design comprehensive manual test cases based on user stories and requirements.
- Experience in defect identification, documentation, and tracking to facilitate effective resolution.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product owners.
- Familiarity with quality assurance best practices and methodologies to ensure thorough testing coverage.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Store Operations.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- Resource has to come and work all 5 days from HDC4 facility with the existing POS lab team
- A 15 years full time education is required.
