Skills Required
- Apply defect-prevention tools across manufacturing processes
- Manage control and inspection documentation
- Perform root cause analysis of customer complaints and production defects (8D)
- Prepare customer 8D reports and D/TLD audit documentation
- Prepare regular quality reports and communicate results to QM and customers
- Collaborate on product audits and develop corrective actions
- Support creation/cooperation on SAB tests
- Represent QM in meetings and act as QM deputy when absent
- Supervise direct reports including payroll proposals, attendance and performance management
- Responsible for training, qualification and task fulfillment of subordinates
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety (BOZP), fire protection, environmental and energy management
