- Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen unter Berücksichtigung kundenspezifischer Forderungen
- Produkt-, Prozess- und Messsystemanalysen
- Qualitätsplanung und Koordination der Umsetzung
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Bemusterungen
- Kontinuierliche Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Projekten und Prozessen
- Mitwirken bei Neuentwicklungen bzw. Änderungen an Produkten / Prozessen
- Moderation von Problemlösungsteams
- Anwendung strukturierter Problemlösungsmethoden zur nachhaltigen Fehlervermeidung
- Durchführung von Prozessabnahmen (PSO)
- Produktspezifische Kunden- und Serienbetreuung
- Koordination von Ausschuss- und Ursachenanalysen
- Durchführung von Prozessfähigkeitsanalysen
- Mitarbeit bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (VA/VE, PPV, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Prüfung der Arbeits- und Prüfanweisungen
- Bewertung von internen Bemusterungen
- Nutzung digitaler Tools zur Analyse von Qualitätsdaten und Fehlertrends
Deine Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (HTL, FH, etc.)
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung wünschenswert, Qualitätsausbildung von Vorteil
- Gutes technisches Verständnis (Zeichnungen lesen, Durchführen von Messverfahren, Umgang mit Prüfmitteln)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von Qualitätswerkzeugen (6-Sigma, Core Tools wie APQP, 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Anwendungen (MS-Office, SAP, CAQ, QPF)
- Gute Kenntnisse des Prozessmanagements, Erfahrung in Problemlösung und Moderation
- Erfahrung mit Normen und Standards (z.B. IATF 16949, VDA Bände) wünschenswert
- Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland
- Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit

Skills Required
- Completed technical vocational training (HTL, FH, etc.)
