What You Will Contribute:
Quality Engineer II
Make an impact where quality meets innovation.
We’re looking for a Quality Engineer II to play a key role in supporting and improving our products throughout their lifecycle. In this role, you’ll partner cross-functionally to solve complex problems, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

What You’ll Do
- Provide sustaining engineering and product support to ensure ongoing product performance and reliability
- Plan and execute product and design verification testing; support development of test plans and production implementation activities
- Troubleshoot product and process issues using root cause analysis and engineering fundamentals
- Initiate and support Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Conduct audits of products, processes, and systems; drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Analyze data to identify trends, track issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), including DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, and capability studies
- Develop and maintain quality procedures in alignment with quality system requirements
- Partner with Manufacturing to ensure effective quality methods, training, and compliance
- Support customer issue resolution, validation testing, and field troubleshooting
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
- Participate on cross-functional project teams and apply project management fundamentals
- Build strong knowledge of our products and manufacturing processes
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in quality or engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, including tolerance analysis and design review
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
- Experience applying problem-solving tools (8D, DMAIC, Fishbone, 5-Why)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Minitab for statistical analysis
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively
Nice to Have
- Experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green Belt
- Electrical/electronic background or exposure
- Experience with QC-Calc or SQL
- Spanish language skills
