As a Quality Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections and audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in quality engineering will contribute to the success and reputation of Honeywell Aerospace as a global technology leader.
You will report directly to our Space Quality Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Clearwater, FL location.
In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our products, ensuring that they meet customer requirements and comply with industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Review contract requirements to ensure capabilities and compliance.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and contract requirements.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability
