What You Need
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, or Technical engineering,
- Fluent in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken,
- Experience in a manufacturing industry (preferable Automotive Industry), working in Quality Assurance/Quality Management is an advantage,
- IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 knowledge,
- Sound knowledge of relevant quality tools and methods like Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC), 8D, Ishikawa etc.,
- Excellent communication skills,
- User level knowledge of using office tools (Excel, Power point, etc.).
What You Will Do
- Customer complaint handling from field,
- B2B customer portal handling,
- Participation on customer internal and external audits,
- Creating reports and analysis charts,
- Participation in new project implementation from warranty side,
- Coordinating supplier complaints handling,
- Cooperation with another departments (SW, Project leading, etc.),
- Creating work instructions, and updating them.
