Quality Documentation Specialist
 

• Providing QC support for manufacturing & assembly organizations by gathering and inspecting of material tests certification from our vendors of required products.
• Supporting the direct Channel Partner and End User's with required documentation as requested.
• Leading the QC documentation processes and initiate continuous improvements as needed.
• Uploading all the Product Quality Records into the company repository for future customer download and use.
• Compiling document packages with test report and material test reports, for Commercial & Nuclear Control & Safety Relief valves.
• Reviewing inspection test plans for valves and review and compile documents accordingly.
• Supporting the QC teams with inspections & non conformances as found.
• Supporting the Global Standardization for Product Quality documentation
• Supporting the Quality organization with any coordination & administration duties

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a school diploma or equivalent
• Have 2 Years experience in an Administrative/Coordinator role
• Have 2 Years experience in valve documentation and quality control environment
