Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical client is seeking an experienced Quality Culture Program Lead.


Job Summary: 

The Quality Culture Program Lead is responsible for driving the execution and continuous advancement of an enterprise-wide Quality Culture program. This role leads four cross-functional workstreams focused on assessment strategy, action planning, stakeholder engagement, and education, ensuring alignment with the organization's global quality objectives. The ideal candidate is a senior consulting professional who can balance strategic program leadership with hands-on execution, leveraging data-driven insights to strengthen quality behaviors and foster sustainable culture transformation. They should have an understanding of Quality Culture and Cost of Quality, while also being able to manage programs, communicate, and influence.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Leadership & Execution

  • Lead and coordinate four Quality Culture workstreams, ensuring priorities, timelines, and deliverables align with overall program objectives.

  • Translate strategic goals into actionable workplans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

  • Monitor progress, remove barriers, and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Provide hands-on support to develop deliverables and solve operational challenges as needed.

  • Partner across Global Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, HR, Communications, and other cross-functional groups.

  1. Quality Culture Assessment & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the standardization and digitization of Quality Culture assessment methodologies to enable a consistent global approach.

  • Develop and enhance tools to assess Quality Culture maturity and measure program effectiveness.

  • Analyze assessment results to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.

  • Develop practical remediation plans and recommend actions to improve Quality Culture across sites.

  • Support the continued evolution of an already established Quality Culture program.

  1. Action Planning & Governance

  • Partner with the Quality Culture Community of Practice (CoP) to standardize site action planning processes.

  • Track implementation progress, ensure follow-through, and promote accountability.

  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices and lessons learned across sites to drive continuous improvement.

  • Create and manage Excel dashboards to support program tracking, reporting, and visibility.

  1. Stakeholder Engagement, Communication & Education

  • Communicate Quality Culture principles, assessment expectations, and improvement strategies to diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Educate leaders and site teams on the relationship between Quality Culture, quality outcomes, and Cost of Quality.

  • Develop and deliver communication materials, learning resources, and awareness initiatives to strengthen Quality Culture adoption.

  1. Global Collaboration & Culture Transformation

  • Collaborate with global quality leaders, site teams, cross-functional partners, and communications teams to drive enterprise-wide adoption.

  • Support global engagement initiatives, including World Quality Day, recognition programs, storytelling, and success-sharing activities.

  • Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, risk-based decision-making, and continuous improvement across the organization.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • Approximately 15 years of relevant professional experience is ideal.

  • Significant experience leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation or consulting initiatives within life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other highly regulated industries, as long as Quality Culture is a skill.

  • Demonstrated experience in Quality Culture, organizational change, quality management, or continuous improvement programs.

  • Understanding of Quality Culture and Cost of Quality. 

  • Strong program and project management skills with experience leading multiple concurrent workstreams.

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority and drive execution across global teams.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting assessment data, identifying trends, and developing actionable improvement plans.

  • Experience creating and managing Excel dashboards.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Power BI is a plus.

Schedule: Full-time

Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week) in Indianapolis, IN
