iSchool, a leader in EdTech dedicated to advancing education for students aged 6 to 18 through coding and AI lessons, is looking for an enthusiastic quality Coordinator to join our dynamic leading tech-education team.
As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a key role in upholding our academic standards by reviewing instructional sessions, monitoring student progress, and ensuring quality assurance across all learning interactions.
Responsibilities
- Review academic sessions and evaluate their quality based on established criteria
- Provide feedback to session presenters and Education teams on areas for improvement
- Collaborate with Education teams to design and deliver high-quality sessions that meet the needs of students
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of session quality
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements related to session content and delivery
- Monitor academic performance metrics related to session quality and provide recommendations for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic quality assurance, curriculum development, or a related field
- Knowledge of academic policies and procedures, accreditation requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English is a must
